• It's best to keep your jewellery out of contact with lotions, perfume and hairspray.
• We recommend taking your jewellery off while sleeping.
• When storing your jewellery, ensure it is kept separated. This helps to avoid tarnishing and tangling.
• Inspect your jewellery regularly for wear and tear.

Will you change the text to all capitals?

• No, We will make it the way you have typed it.  If you use all lowercase letters, so will we.  Same goes If you use all capitals, so will we.

Can I use a love heart with my names?

• Yes, but the engrave module doesn’t allow you to enter them.  Request a proof and add a note during checkout and we will help you with this.

Are you pieces Solid Gold and Sterling silver or are they plated?

• All our Uneik pieces are solid 9ct Gold or solid sterling silver.
• Chains supplied are Sterling Silver for silver pieces and plated matching gold for our solid Gold products.
• Split rings (where you add keys) on our keyrings are sterling silver, ensuring a quality product.

Where are your pieces made?

• All pieces are made in Australia.
