Can I have more than one Name
Every name jewellery piece has character limits based on its size and shape. If you can fit multiple names within these character limits you can.
Can I add a love heart or symbol
Yes, we can use most symbols, however emojis/symbols with a lot of detail might not show well on some size pieces. If you are unsure, send us an email and we can advise you on your request.If you have trouble adding these in the engraving section, just include a note with your order. Sometimes you may need to copy and paste the symbol rather than using shortcut codes.
What will my text look like and where will it be placed?
Before we go into production we send each order a computerised proof for approval. It will show you how your names or messages are spaced on your jewellery and what your choosen font looks like. You can then change anything you are not happy with before we go to production. This ensures your expectations of your finished piece will be just as you planned.
How long does it take to make my personalised name jewellery?
Once your proof is approved, production is approx 7-10 days. All pieces are made in Victoria, Australia and all orders are shipped Express with tracking and signature on delivery by Australia Post.Once shipped we will notify you of your tracking details.
